Volunteer Trustee Vacancies.

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds to join our board of trustees. We are currently looking for general trustees, a treasurer and a safeguarding lead to join our friendly board.

We are a small family support charity based in Sittingbourne. We recruit and train local volunteer mentors. Once trained, volunteers are matched with a suitable local family in need. Volunteers help families with at least one child under the age of five by providing them with emotional, practical, confidential and informal support to help ensure children have the best start in life. Volunteer mentors provide invaluable support to families by making weekly visits to the families home ensuring their confidentiality and individuality are respected.

Volunteer Mentor Vacancies.

We are currently seeking volunteer mentors. Do you have parenting or caring experience? We need people with your knowledge to offer one-to-one support to families in Sittingbourne & Sheppey. Are you a warm individual who would like to help a local family in need? becoming a volunteer mentor will allow you to do so. If you are looking for a flexible voluntary role and can spare 2 hours a week then we would love to hear from you.

Volunteers must be local to Sittingbourne / Sheppey and have significant parenting experience. Please note all applications are subject to a satisfactory DBS check & references.
